another massive bum out has put a bit of a rift in the tour, when i was informed saturday of the passing of my friend casey. i think we're all pretty roughed up and shocked about this, but i am trying to stay positive and be greatful that i wake up each morning. i really wish i could be with my friends that are really hurting right now. miss you casey, RIP.
i'm going to try and put together a mass photo entry together at the end of the tour, but here is a photo i took yesterday after my 45 minute walk to the salford lads club.
